From the moment I met you, I found you very relatable and authentic. I appreciated the fact that you look at things holistically but with all your years of nursing experience behind that. Being a similar age and living a similar lifestyle provided common ground for me, knowing that you could empathise.

I was amazed at how quickly I began to feel more positively and in control about aspects of my life. I have greater confidence in my own role in the process. I loved the flexibility of in person and Zoom sessions.
